1. It is made from a heat-stable extract of an Asian melon known as monk fruit, or Lo Han. It is 150 times sweeter than sugar, so you don’t need as much. However, it isn’t the primary ingredient.

And since erythritol is a sugar alcohol, as well as the most abundant ingredient in Nectresse, they can claim under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines that Nectresse contains zero calories per serving.

1. Local, raw organic honey
2. Stevia
3. Raw, unrefined sugar
4. Agave nectar (minimal)
