Your Breathwork Experience

I will lead LIVE Breathwork sessions

on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month @ 5:00 pm PST/ 8:00 pm EST.

**If you are a NEW Breather, I will email you dates and times for the introduction and email you a consent form.

What is Neurodynamic Breathwork?

We use deeper focused breathing, sustained for some time, in a safe space created by the facilitator. We listen to dynamic music to process and release emotions, connect to our intuitive and creative impulses, and improve health and well-being.

 

The Benefits of Neurodynamic Breathwork:

  1. The breath rate increases and airways in the lungs open more widely so that the body can take in more oxygen to increase alertness in the brain.
  2. Emotional congestion can lead to disease and discomfort. You can release this congestion in the comfort of your own home.
  3. Major or some relief from anxiety
  4. Greater access to inner wisdom/inner guiding intelligence
  5. Major or some relief from depression
  6. Increased connection to intuition
  7. Greater self-awareness
  8. Feeling more in their body

How to prepare?

Wear comfy clothes, have a quiet environment and you can choose to have your camera on or off.

This is a process for YOU! Do not worry about others or what you ‘should’ be doing. Surrender to being with what comes up.

What to bring:

  2. Pillow
  3. Water
  4. Eye mask (optional)
  5. Chapstick
  6. Tissues
  7. Blanket

We will review the simple breath technique together.
