Each month I host a Neurodynamic Breathwork session. This type of breathwork is GENTLE, self-paced to music. For one hour you will be with your body, breath, emotions and sensations.
Emotional congestion can lead to disease and discomfort. You can release this congestion in the comfort of your own home.
How to prepare?
This is a process for YOU! Do not worry about others or what you ‘should’ be doing. Surrender to being with what comes up.
