Week Retreats

I am having a blast leading week retreats for my clients.  I come into their homes, cook organic whole foods, cheer them on and watch them transform.  The menus consist of heaps of veggies, brown rice, lentils, fish, and herbs.

The goal is to calm their nervous systems and reset their metabolism.  We start the day with a slice of watermelon, then wait 30 minutes for the breakfast meal consisting of foods they like and combination that will assist their body to release fat.

Being in the kitchen is super relaxing for me and it is amazing to watch their energies increase and their pant size decrease.  As for me, darn that I get to eat like this too, and I get to go on my own retreat where I will receive more ideas to support my clients.
