I have been doing a bit more research on adrenal fatigue lately. The biggest correlation I discovered is that food sensitivities can be the outcome from adrenal fatigue. Most people tend to go straight to the food as the culprit.
A great example of this is last weekend I worked on an organic tropical fruit farm. The owner of the farm had complete chronic fatigue, and wouldn’t you guess it, he is allergic to fruit. So, what should he do, never eat fruit again? Strengthening his immune system will assist his adrenals to work more efficiently and then he can incorporate fruit back in to his diet.
Remember vegetables are the new fruit, they are NOT in the same category and fruit should only be eaten seasonally. It is a cooling fruit so in warmer clients it better supports the body.
