The 4 organs to extra love on…

How many extreme cleanses or programs have you done? I personally have had my fair share. They had their positive aspects along with some drawbacks. Such as, initially made me physically crappy, then physically good then emotionally crappy again. You?

We finished up my FREE 5-day course, no worries if you missed it, I will do it again later in the year. And it is ALL about gentle versus extreme.

Tomorrow begins the 4-week Master of You Course. Instead of forcing our organs to cleanse, how about we give them some extra love. Our organs are resilient and want to function efficiently for us. We just need to quiet our minds a bit and listen to the subtle cues they give us.

The main organs to focus on to support GENTLE detoxification and mostly in this order are:

  1. Gut
  2. Liver
  3. Kidneys
  4. Lungs (lymph & skin)

Some extreme programs jump into cleansing the liver without giving the gut the time to heal and absorb nutrients efficiently.

Leaky gut is so troublesome and most of us experience stress which causing inflammation in our core area. Chronic and consistent stress depletes our body of nutrients. The confusion of when to eat may also be contributing to this stress. Some days you may need more snacks and some days you may need more wholesome meals.

It all depends on YOUR gut on that day and in that moment.

All we do is pause, take 5-deep breaths and THEN, we practice this with ZERO judgement.

I am ALL about supporting you to advocate for yourself versus trying to ‘follow’ a program that may not be the right fit or timing for you.
