About Your Leaders

Personal Support with Heather

Heather Fleming, Founder of The Feeling Diet u0026amp; Conscious Nutrition

Heather is a recovering Type A nutritionist who was seeking perfection, only to realize the body is brilliant and we just have to learn how to listen.

“When we learn how to observe, trust and listen to our intuition, we can feel more empowered by food instead of judging ourselves and placing blame and projection on innocent food.”–Heather

Jen & Ramtin Pourvasei, Founders of Heart Centered Revolution

Jen & Ramtin started Heart Centered Revolution to make Kundalini Yoga as easy for people to access as possible. They love breaking down complex practices and ideas into steps and takeaways that are easy to implement into a busy life. In addition to being Certified Kundalini Yoga teachers, Jen is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Ramtin is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master.

Kundalini Yoga is a form of yoga that works on the energetic and spiritual level more than the physical level.  It includes a combination of breathing practices, mantras, physical exercises, relaxation and meditation to help balance the nervous and glandular systems, and raise consciousness.  No prior yoga or meditation experience is required for this retreat, just an open mind and heart.

Conscious Nutrition is about developing a healthy mindset around your relationship with food and yourself. Heather teaches people on how to eat for their constitution, mood, cravings and well-being.

The purpose of the retreat is to clear energy and start 2020 refreshed, and vegetarian meals are a great way to support that intention.   If you typically enjoy an omnivore diet, we invite you to enjoy a few days of vegetarian meals as an experiment to see how it feels, and feel free to re-add meat to your diet once the retreat is over.
