Welcome! For the next 6 weeks you will be EXPERIMENTING with your OWN body. We will be de-programming some old rules, conditioning and dogmas around your relationship with food that is NO longer serving you. Your mind and body will practice working together vs the power struggle that you may be experiencing.
We will be adding in simple meal ideas, recipes, Meal Type balancing and a couple of challenges to help us deepen our relationship and trust with food and our body.
