What you’ll receive during your Masterclass

~ This class is built to work at YOUR pace! That’s why you get ACCESS for six months. Phew! Deep breath – there’s no rush to MAKE IT CLICK! Your secure member portal will hold all the resources, videos and instructions you need for the entire masterclass. You also get added support from me and other members like you in the MEMBERS ONLY facebook group. Here are just a few things you can expect in your member portal!

Each week, you will implement a new experiment to help your critical mind relax while you practice.

Week 1: Ease In:

Eat less Combined Meals from the Conscious Nutrition Food Tree

Add in 5 Deep Breaths before each meal,

Add in the Vagus Nerve exercise once a day.

 

Week 2: Jump Start Program

Reduce Inflammatory Foods

Add in the Jump Start program for three days in a row. (Hint: everyone feels so good that they usually go an extra day)

Add in Liver Support supplements and suggestions.

Week 3: Light Day of Eating

Adding a 24-hour light day of eating organically while being guided and supported by me and the group.

Add in foods to support the lungs and digestive tract.

Week 4: What worked and what am I doing moving forward?

Add back some foods you are missing and observe how you feel

Set your plan for the next month on how often you will implement the Jump Start and Light Day of Eating

One week Introduction

We will ease into your 30-day Masterclass with education, mental and emotional preparation and other logistics that are not meant to create more stress. This is not about doing it "perfectly", instead it is about using your heart and gut more than your mind.

This simple recipe book supports you to choose recipes from a new perspective. Such as flavor, temperature and the Conscious Nutrition Meal Types. When you practice trust and choose meals with more conscious reasoning.

This is your go-to guide that includes the ENTIRE program! During your 30-days, you will laugh, cry, have new insights on what has been holding you back in the past.

Conscious Nutrition Cravings Book

This is my favorite book where I share how we can understand our cravings instead of judging them. Each craving has a physical and emotional component for you to review and heal the past criticisms.

As a recovering perfectionist, I was seeking to find the perfect diet. This left me bloated, miserable and my thoughts were completely obsessive. I released 95% of those obsessive thoughts (I am still human and a clinical nutritionist:) and 95% of those digestive issues that haunted me throughout my life.
