Supportive Supplements: Optional

Welcome to your introductory experiment with supplements. Supplements are best complemented with a quality diet. However, there is a thing called stress that can deplete our bodies of essential vitamins and minerals. Add in these slowly and one at a time. Start with a minimal dose and work your way up.
