You’re a Numb-er! You may have already realized this, especially if you are an empath or Highly Sensitive Person.

Sensitive people are more easily affected by their environments and their own feeling and experiences. In order to get through the stress, you tend to numb out.

Your path to wellness is not a straight line, it is a vulnerable process that ultimately creates a deeper connection with yourself.

First, do not condemn yourself when you are numb. It may have been essential for your survival at one time in your life.

Now, you are acknowledging when you numb or want to choose to not feel.

Practice these steps and take one small step at a time to feel those deep underlying feelings.
