Welcome to the world of joy and freedom! It is a long and curvy road to get here. We thought it was going to be a straight line, now we enjoy the challenges and practice connecting deeper to ourselves.
We all sometimes feel the need to be perfect, to comfort, to rebel, to numb out, or detach, but we now acknowledge these urges and smile in self-awareness.
When you start to feel the perfect energy sneak in, practice your 5-deep breaths before meals and repeat your mantra below. Remember, you are the guru of YOU!
