I created these 3-steps because I believe they are the missing components for us to feel liberated with our relationship with food. Before each meal you will practice Step 1: FEEL. By taking 5 deep breaths you will prepare your body to receive nutrients and at the same time relaxing your nervous system.
Deep breaths can help your nervous system relax, prepare your stomach and small intestine to receive nutrients. Also, when we get out of our head and initiate our senses by asking if we are craving, hot or cold, sweet or savory it makes me planning easier.
