Craving of the Week: Chicken or Turkey Noodle Soup

This cold and flu remedy has been handed down from generation to generation. This broth contains Vitamin A and Selenium that can help the body promote new red cell growth.
If you want a thicker soup, add in a blended sweet potato and it can give the soup a gravy consistency.
Hot soups are wonderful when we are sick or feeling low in energy to revive our immune system to do more detoxifying.
If you are gluten free, try taking out the noodles or substitute with brown rice glass noodles (they are delicious).
Spoons up!
