Welcome to the Conscious Nutrition Programs. Our intention is to support you as you enhance your relationship with food and your body. As a coaching client you receive a more dedicated approach. We purposefully ease into the program vs making this “another diet”.
Expectations from both of us to support your journey is to ALLOW our hearts to connect with OUT an agenda. The tools will appear and be applied when it feels right and necessary.
Is this you? You exercise. You eat right – well, most of the time. You’ve tried diets, and you’re done. You crave sugar. Or you crave salt. You’re bloated. You’re moody. You’re tired. And you’re tired of guessing what you should be eating.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone help you understand your relationship with food, so that you could finally take control of your eating habits, feel better in your own skin and be energized throughout the day?
With Conscious Coaching, we’ll help you create practical meal plans, set healthy, realistic expectations, and gently keep you on track. Whether you need one call a month, twice a month or a weekly check-in, Conscious Nutrition has the coaching option that works with your current needs and comfort level with nutrition. All of our coaching is done through private calls with Heather and includes email support between calls.
Whichever option you choose, the first session of coaching includes an hour-long consultation (see the Conscious Consultation information below for details) in the beginning. Subsequent check-ins are 30-60 minutes long.
How healthy are you, and what do you need to thrive? When we meet for the first time, we’ll go over a customized report based on answers you’ve provided in a questionnaire. This questionnaire addresses your goals, your motivations, your stresses, and your personality type. We also go over your general health, including allergies you might have, digestive problems, cravings, your weight history, and your immune system, for example.
This report will build a solid foundation for you to understand what and how much your body needs to thrive. Once you understand your body’s needs, eating the right thing will become second nature. We use the Conscious Nutrition Food Tree and your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) to assess where to begin your journey. The initial session will help you with grocery shopping, meal planning and tips for dining out. This provides the baseline for your nutritional journey.
