It is difficult and obsessive to try to eat perfectly everyday. We can be the biggest critic to ourselves and in our lives. Instead of setting you up for failure and promoting an extreme program, we are setting you up for a lifetime of success.
During the Conscious Nutrition’s Appetizer Course, you will get to prioritize your nutrition first.
For 7 days we are going to set you up with an easy daily guideline to follow. We will meet every other day so you can implement my tips and suggestions slowly and intentionally.
We desire that you feel connected and nourished versus feeling like you are overwhelmed and confused. Trying to be on a diet is a state of suffering and the time is now to end this.

7-Day Appetizer Course Schedule
The intention of this course is to help you re-connect with your body and observe your relationship with food. This is not a cleanse or a strict program. Instead, it is about learning to trust your natural instincts again!
We will meet every OTHER day for one week. This helps you review the materials, grocery shop and practice the suggestions slowly and realistically.
Call 1: Review content & Preparation day: Grocery store suggestions, meal IDEAS, mental preparation and motivation.
Call 2: Discuss variety of recipe ideas, flow of your day, true hunger versus tricky hunger and how to work with your Food Relationship Type.
Call 3: Keeping the flow, staying hydrated and managing any symptoms your body has from alleviating inflammation.
Call 4: What feeling great feels like and how to maintain this feeling. Other meal ideas, substitutes, learning your own natural rhythms.

become more aware of what your body is telling you.
