Call 1: Review content & Preparation day: Grocery store list, meal plans, mental preparation, intentions and motivation.

Call 2: First day of the Ease In (formerly known as Jump Start Program): Discuss variety of recipe ideas, Meal Types, support digestion and reduce inflammation. 

Call 3: Keeping the flow, experiment with an Intermittent Fasting day and manage any detox effects.

Call 4: Daily support for each day of the program: What feeling great feels like, and how to maintain and SUSTAIN this feeling. Other meal ideas, substitutes, learning your own natural rhythms

This is not your typical nutrition journal. This journal is about learning about your body's amazing signals and understanding more about your psyche and organs.

As a recovering perfectionist, I was seeking to find the perfect diet. This left me bloated, miserable and my thoughts were completely obsessive.
