Nourishment Phase Day 4: Tricky and True Hunger




This may be the most important aspect of the whole program. I personally have to practice this, especially when I eat to connect with myself more often than I eat when I am truly hunger. Hunger sensations may be uncomfortable and challenge some old beliefs. If you have had a big sugar crash or emotional traumas and you may have used food to cover up some intense emotions you are not ready to feel into. Please contact us if you need more support.
