If you wake up everyday feeling more tired, than when you went to bed it is what you are eating or not eating. When you “diet” you deprive your body, thus losing muscle mass and causing more cravings.
The food we eat or the vegetables we are not eating are causing the body stress. Certain foods do not provide ample nutrition and can add stress and inflammation to the body by not being thoroughly digested or filtered out of the body.
Try replacing some of these foods with the suggested alternatives.
1. High Fructose Corn Syrup & Sugar Substitutes
Alternative: Raw organic sugar & Stevia
2. Hydrogenated & Partially Hydrogenated Oils
Alternative: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Grapeseed & Flax oil
3. Processed Wheat
Alternative: Sprouted Grain Products, Rice & Quinoa based products.
4. Pasteurized Low-Fat Dairy
Alternative: Whole Fat Dairy Products, Raw (cautious to people with poor immune systems such as children and elderly), Goat Dairy Products, Almond, Rice & Coconut Products. Coconut Ice Cream YUM!
5. Unfermented Soy Products
Alternative: Miso, KimChi, Tempeh, edaname, and vegetable based burgers (Sunshine Burger brand)
