I recommend to include white fish and salmon in the Conscious Nutrition 3-Day Jumpstart program for more efficient fat loss. However, I have been a bit concerned about our fish supply.


Here are a few guidelines to follow while purchasing fish:
1. Review list of fish that are lower in mercury content
2. Look for Marine Sourced Certified
3. Purchase wild vs. farmed raised
4. Purchase local, fresh fish on the day you plan to prepare it

We can help the fish supply by eating only sustainable fish sources. These practices are setting standards and guidelines to make sure the fish supply doesn’t diminish.
