Day 5: Breakfast flow and snack ideas



  • The list of meals: Hot: Quinoa with coconut milk and cinnamon (sweet), Quinoa and/or Chicken sausage with veggies, Sweet potato with nut butter (sweet)
  • Cold: Celery juice, (2-3 stalks with heaps of water and ice to blend)
  • Protein shake (1-2 scoops with spinach, chia seeds, and nut milk)
  • apple and seed butter
  • Good ole’ fruit: grapefruit, mango
  • Green juice: celery, cucumber, ginger, lemon, spinach, 1/2 apple 
  • Go for the eggs or try an eggless Mayo: This company does a great version: Follow Your Heart and I will be doing a video soon!
