  • What did you learn most about your body? Your relationship with food? When you use it for comfort vs. nutrition?
  • Other take away’s: Your relationship with meat, interview with Michael Pollen, author of Omnivore’s dilemma recommended a book for you to peruse: Peter Singer, “Animal Liberation”, a flexible Vegan. Quantity of humans and quality of our needs.
  • Less focus on enjoying food and life in moderation and restriction, instead a conscious connection with more focus on what do I need to replenish and nourish my mind, body and spirit.
