One of my favorites. This will grow on you, and you may actually crave this. It took me awhile to figure out the consistency of this recipe, if you want it thinner, add more ice or water.
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1/2 Myers lemon
- Chunk of ginger root
- 2 cups of water
Cut up vegetables, add water and blend in an emulsifying blender.
This is my favorite way to begin my day!
