For the kid in all of us!
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 4 tablespoons cashew butter
- 1-2 tablespoon organic raisins or try chia seeds for more Omega 3’s
Make you own Nut Butter
Add either almonds, cashews, walnuts, macadamia, or pecans (or combine a couple) in an emulsifying blender. Blend for a longer duration depending on what texture you prefer.
Another favorite is banana boats. Slice bananas in half and top with almond butter and honey.
