The Body Performance (BP) Report assesses your:
- Goals and Environment: We’ll rundown your goals and current environment and discuss how these are affecting your Body’s Performance. Sometimes making small adjustments in your day to day habits can yield amazing growth in your day to day vitality.
- (BMR) Basal Metabolic Rate: Your BP report will reveal your basal metabolic rate. The basal metabolic rate is the aggregate amount of energy your body expends over a 24 hour period.

- Food Exchange System: A full explanation of the Food Exchange System and how it uniquely relates to your body.
- Menu Planning: Meal planning specific to the results of your BP Report. The Meal Planning will use the Food Exchange System to outline meals that get your body into its best vitality zone. This report guides you on when to combine and when to separate exchanges (units of protein, starch, and fat) using the Exchange Tree based on your results.
